He's a 15 year old boy who looks 7-8 years old and looks and acts like a girl. In the first episode, there's a character by name of Pico. The show also contains pedophilia and incest. This anime is a shotacon (and in one part lolicon), which is intercourse or sexual actions with underaged children or teenagers. I will not hold back on details, but I won't be too vulgar about it. If you haven't heard about it, it's an anime with all kinds of messed up stuff. The anime I speak of has some very questionable topics.
